Conflict Management Workshop
Most of us have difficulty remembering that conflict itself is neither good nor bad, that conflict is inevitable, and that conflict does not always have to result in winners or losers. Most of us experience conflict from the perspective of our particular personality. These personality traits tend to prevent us from approaching conflict objectively. In our workshops we use the MBTI to help participants understand their own unique tendencies during conflict. Each participant will receive an individualized personality assessment and report. We will then provide participants with a unique three-stage model for understanding their own personality and managing conflict within a team. This activity oriented workshop is great for helping participants build awareness of conflict triggers, addressing conflictual situations effectively, and developing skills for enhanced communication. This program includes a twenty minute individual consultation with each team member.
Cost: $125 per team member (minimum 4 team members).

Teambuilding Workshop
Learn how personality traits interact to impede and enhance team performance.
This workshop focuses on helping participants understand and apply type concepts to six critical team issues: communication, team culture, leadership, change, problem solving, managing stress. This activity based workshop will highlight blind spots in your team’s style and help your team strategize improved processes.
Cost: $175 per team member (minimum 8 team members).

Crisis and Trauma Response
We provide emergency individual and group trauma and crisis response on a case by case basis.
Rate: Approximately $350 per therapist hour.
